Had a discussion with college friend yesterday, So many things on changing scenarios and observations stunned us !!

A very common mistake we know that people deal with their perception towards any course is, we feel that entering in to the course and reading the study material makes us manager. A very good administrator who fetches 6 to 7 digit package in one stroke. Is it??! Really??

When we friends meet, we always discuss, whatever we have seen and gone through in our colleges was only restricted to the books. And school life was just heaven, which we never respected. Basic mistake we did during our college is, we took it as granted and didn’t focused on our goals or missed to take the SWOT analysis.{Seems Popular and sounds familiar...}

Major and important lesson is, “Life teaches you”, let’s not enter into the philosophy of it. It is altogether a different topic. And lot can be shared on it. But one important thing is “there is a huge class outside your four walls of classroom”. This classroom can make you or break you. It is up to you how you are prepared for it.

Don’t get over confident neither any need to lose hope in any situation. But one must remember few things. Changing scenarios require changing you on each step. After college what we want to do that we all know, but when we are in college what is required is actually we miss. We think so many things but our thoughts are not are practically explicable if do not know what the scenario is. Why not to get prepared by the time we are appearing our finals or are getting ready to step out to earn after whatever we learn. So, what they {Companies} are looking for!!

1.       They look for a superhero – if you have been an average student, and do not have a superb educational background on the basis of which you can negotiate your role and package. Then be prepared!! It is not scary but it’s a fact. You have to be prepared with the concept of jack of all. You may be having masters in some but why not to get prepared if you know that people there are looking for a superhero. And why not, who wants a Zero except increased one on pay cheques.

Simple !! Pay attention on things around. You may not be a book worm kind of a person but one can have information in the era or society he or she live in. Information later can be converted in to knowledge as per the requirement of your profession.

2.       Knowing the role in depth – you need to be aware about the nitty-gritty’s of the role you require to play. You might have conducted the research about the role and company prior to an interview, but it is not enough, let me tell you. Be prepared

3.       It is not only Hiring based on the interview – Interviews help in revealing the candidate’s knowledge and functional skills {In professional and Personal Life as well!!}. However, other critical aspects such as integrity and non-functional skills are never revealed through interviews, Make sure that your interview does not become monotonous and letter revealed as fake.

Companies prefer getting references as reference checks help in getting first-hand feedback from people who have worked with you.  Now other sources such as your social profiles, your circles etc etc are also equally important.

4.       Getting scared or fumble on interview – Don’t worry, it happens!! To be very honest, I am not at all good in facing interview. That’s why I can understand during personal meet, either you may speak a lot or stay mum... Sometimes you have to leave it on the understanding of the interviewee. But Once, Twice Trice ... that’s it.!, if you are failing to overcome then you need to work on self.

Rule of Law and Criminal Justice in Ending Human Trafficking {Compilation of Some related articles}

It was constantly pocking since long, Law, Rules, Trafficking and so on. We go through so many TV serials and many shows, that portrays the criminal acts and human trafficking. But it is difficult to understand that what exactly a normal person requires to do. To be very honest it is difficult to understand the Rule of Law. Being a layman we are not much aware about it. We usually even avoid to read long and difficult to understand articles on this topic. Whereas, it is required to have an idea about Rule of Law and what it is? 

Rule of law: equality before the law; laws that are applied consistently (socially, economically, and politically); laws that spell out consequences for illegal activity; laws that serve a conception of order and regulation; laws that serve and inform institutions of society that preserve order and “fairness.” The “Rule of Law” is defined in various ways, depending upon the goal sought by the user of the phrase. This rule of Law is most reliable and only source for the people to trust on. Various procedures and penalties are levied on various actions. Part of which various acts and protective actions came into force. Even with the support of all this it seems tough to have complete control and elimination over numerous criminal activities, part of which human trafficking has a major share now a days. Human trafficking refers to the supply of human in the market.

The supply in the market for human trafficking refers to labour provided by individuals trafficked for both labour and commercial sexual exploitation. Decreasing the incidence of human trafficking requires collaboration across professional fields to discover and handle limited agency. Examples of this include law enforcement that deals with coercion by traffickers during transportation, infractions of immigration law, and the use of exploited labour.

The market for trafficked people involves labour supply decisions by vulnerable populations (possibly migrants), labour demand decisions by employers, and the intermediary decisions by human traffickers.

It is like a model where, considering human trafficking as a monopolistically competitive industry with many sellers (human traffickers) offering many buyers (employers) differentiated products (vulnerable individuals) based on price and preferences of the individual employers.

In general, government intervention varies—while some countries are creating policies that work for their cultures, others are lagging behind with no counter-trafficking laws at all. Government-sponsored Anti-Trafficking Units, which are supposed to investigate human trafficking cases, continue to be established and more prosecutions are occurring, the laws are not widely enforced.

Some criminal justice studies focus on prostitution and illegal immigration (some of which is trafficked). Sociological research makes legislation more effective for different countries and situations as it increases the knowledge of cultural norms and responses.

In recent years, there has been significant legislation. Law played an important role in eliminating the trafficking. At the same time, factors like corruption and lack of training and resources make it difficult to ensure that programs are effective. Where, this criminal activity had spread its wings under the ground due to which complete elimination is impossible at this moment.

This matter has become a cause of concern for all the main countries or can mention for the economically developing countries. The end goal is to determine which countries’ bilateral or unilateral approaches are most effective and what methods the international community should adopt in its global effort to stop human trafficking.  It is required to think on an effective method which can be a hybrid strategy combining tougher punitive measures for traffickers, greater protection, rights, and benefits for victims, and better government and law enforcement cooperation among origin, transit, and receiving countries.

MY ACTIONS FOR MY ENVIRONMENT

We rarely realize our mistakes, isn’t it?! Anyhow we are moulded so. Blaming others for anything happens to us is a natural phenomenon for human being, I mean We, Us. We are called human beings. Humans, those who have minds and power of thinking to act or say, the actions of us are derived by the thoughts we have. It means as a human, we have ultimate power than all the creatures of this bio diversified environment. Let’s not enter in to the details of the concept of, what is environment? It is since our start of education we are taught that Environment is the surrounding in which we live. It is the source of life.

Our whole life is dependent to the environment. It directs our life and determines our proper growth & development and there is a balanced natural cycle exists between environment and lives of human beings, plants and animals. But, have you seen any other animal or any creature than human who is driving a vehicle or using petrol or who requires transportation facility or who is involved in the developments in all the dimensions and so on?  Don’t you think, the most thoughtful and well cultured Human society is playing vital role in degenerating the natural environment which in turn negatively affects the lives on this planet? May be, it looks like a blunt question in front of us. May be, we all are not ready to accept it. Anyhow, as said before it is our inherent habit that we will not accept or realise. Whereas, on one hand we all are concerned about the degradation of environment, on the other hand we are unable to act towards the betterment of it.

All the human actions in this modern world directly impact the whole ecosystem. We cannot stop anything. We are connected to every development and technology. It is a part of our day to day life. We want everything.  But the irony is, everything that we are dependent on has its separate impact on the environment. Most of our actions on day to basis, since morning to night, leaves a carbon footprint which in result comes back to us with diverse effect. It is rightly said, that every action has equal and opposite reaction which is very much relevant to the concept of degrading environment. We have escaping question for this, “Am I the only reason who did this all?” Isn’t it? What if I use the excess water or throw piece of paper out or spit out or anything which is considered not good for environment. But we have question for this as well, “What can I do for this, Am the only responsible person who can save the environment and how will I?”

Yes, it is true that single person alone cannot do anything for anything but step taken by everyone towards something can lead. Individual actions can collectively make change and it is a fact. World, Nation, State Governments and various social organizations are working to save and replenish the environment and trying making it worth breathable for us. From saving biodiversity to recycle the garbage, every action taken by them is to reduce greenhouse gas emission and global carbon footprints. To become a support to this concept we must understand the importance of ecological balance and try our best to run it naturally in order to prevent the effects of environmental disasters and promote the existence of healthy environment. What can we do for this?

Why to think much, we are aware about the recent scheme launched in the current scenario, “Swaccha Bharat Abhiyan”, ministry of environment established and implementing various schemes to save environment. Where all these schemes can only become successful if we contribute as an individual to it.



Every individual has a unique quality and power to dear with any problem in this world. It is all about the willingness to do it. If one really wants to do something, nothing can stop him/her to do it irrespective of age, education, occupation, religion and so on… this concept remind me the concept of An unknown author who wrote about a 6 R’s to save an environment. It is nothing but are simple steps that we can take towards replenishing environment. It talks about Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Refuse, Respect and Replenish.  

It seems impossible but every impossible says “I M Possible”. Can’t we Reduce the wastage such as water, electricity, gas etc. we usually do on daily basis. Yes we can! Can’t we Reuse the things that we throw after bare use of it. Yes we can! We can even use Recycled materials for our use which will help store the resources. Accepting the things that are really helpful to the environment and are best options for the health as well makes real difference. Like, Refuse the use of plastic and thinking that is the unnecessary packaging really needed can surely bring change. We are creatures with minds and we only are reluctant to give a thought that how responsible we are to degrade our environment. We must have Respect for the environment we are leaving in. we respect or homes and we never want to destroy it. We get emotional when we think about our home where we generate our memories to cherish which are with our loved once, then why not environment. We must respect it too. Don’t you think? If we think and act on the above 5 R’s, we will be able to deal with the 6^th R as well, that is Replenish. Let’s WALK THE TALK. We all are equipped with the swords of words and criticism but if we just accept that I too can contribute with the small corrective actions of mine on day to day basis to save my environment, then it will surely help to replenish it.

Let’s promise to focus on solutions rather than on problem. With the individual actions, we should also promote common public in our surroundings for the clean and green environment to prove the meaning of proverb like “We won’t have a society if we destroy the environment”. Let’s lead with Example and give meaning to being a thinking human that we are.

Forgotten part of us... Chakma of Arunachal

It was a matter of curiosity to know something about The Rulers who have turned into Refugees, courtesy the brutal policies of the successive governments of Pakistan and Bangladesh. It seems tough to digest but it is a fact that happened during the Independence that we were celebrating. Daanparmita played a vital role to know the fact of this ironical truth of a tribe called Chakma. To the people outside Arunachal, Tripura this word is something that one never heard before. Very few are aware about it. If we go through the stories, in history, Chakma (Sakama in Myanmar) peoples are believed to be working in Bagan Palace for Bagan King. Bagan King rule Sittagong Hill Tracts, Manipur and Assam. Chakma people are living in Rakhine, Sittagong Hill Tracts, Manipur and Assam. They are Tibet-Burma race.

What made these rulers then become refugees? What was a story behind that then? So many questions and very few reliable sources through which we can get the details. But it is said when you truly seek for knowledge, information starts appearing in front and this is what happened. Through NGO Daanparmita it became possible to know about this Chakma Tribe as the students from this community are been supported by Daanparmita. Their studies, stay and all the basic requirements have been taken care by this NGO. They provide all the support with the help of common people who are ready to support the activities of the NGO. This is what our society is, people are good and are willing to uplift the abandoned community. This NGO took the Chakma community in light by providing their children all the basic facilities and most importantly basic documents that speaks about their identity.

It is an irony that in our independent India, Chakma tribe is still considered as bonded labour, in simple sense they live the life of “Gulam”. They have no basic documents on their names and No government aid reached to them. During Partition (August 1947), India was divided on the religious line. Muslim-majority areas went to form Pakistan. Surprisingly, Chakma-dominated Chittagong Hill Tracts {CHT} of present day Bangladesh formed part of Pakistan even though Muslims were only meagre 2 %. What partition did? The Partition axed the Chakma life. It was the doom day for the chakmas. In actual sense the Chakmas have been patriots. They fought against the British, and did not allow the conquerors to conquer them. In fact, following the Partition, they were celebrating the Independence Day on 15 August 1947 by unfurling the Indian tricolour in Rangamati, the main town of CHT.  It was pity that they did not even know they were already Pakistanis, much against their own will. The Pakistani troops pull down the Indian flag and they came to know the reality. It is said that CHT was given as a gift to Pakistan which turned in bane for the Chakmas.

In 1971, Bangladesh was liberated with India’s help. But that did not bring any change in the policy of the Muslim government towards the Chakmas. With active participation of the Bangladesh military, the Chakmas were attacked, massacred, kidnapped, and raped and their houses burned. There was no reprieve. Life was no longer liveable. Hundreds fled from their homes to escape from attempts at their lives. 

The Rulers have turned into Refugees, courtesy the brutal policies of the successive governments of Pakistan and Bangladesh.  In 1964, around 30,000 indigenous Chakmas displaced by the Kaptai Hydro-Electric dam in CHT of then East Pakistan migrated to India. They were given settlement by the government of India in the North Eastern Frontier Agency (NEFA), the present Arunachal Pradesh, after consultation with the local tribal chiefs. While being shifted to the NEFA, Government of India issued valid migration certificates to the migrants and assured them of citizenship rights in due course. “They came in a hopeless, pathetic condition, just with the clothes that they wore” recalls one senior Mizoram official, who was part of the Assam government team that received the Chakma in the Cachar and Lushai hills.

There are presently about 65,000 Chakmas in Arunachal Pradesh. All Arunachal Pradesh Students’ Union has been leading a hate-campaign against the Chakmas and inciting the otherwise sympathetic local population to drive the Chakmas away from the state. Political parties exploit the Chakma issue for electoral gains. They have been denied basic rights, including ration, education, employment and the right to live and peaceful life with dignity.

Chakma has its own written language and speaking language. Their language was tainted after Brtitish Colony took away from Burma in first Anglo-Burmese war in 1826. It was even taken as a base to convert the Chakmas into Christianity by saying that they do not have any support from the Hindu community are not considered as a part of the society. As they do not have any basic document with them they are deprived from all the rights such as voting and applying for government services. As they have no lands on their names the only source of their incomes are labour and Supari harvesting which gives them income of 10000 to 25000 in a year! We all know how less this income is. This does not allow them to think of education and other self-upbringing activities which ultimately landed in child labour, illiteracy, early marriages and all the ill activities. They were misunderstood outside the state due to mal practices of people of Arunachal where due to inherited properties they are spoiled due to addictions of drugs and are lazy who do not want to go for work.

On this background Daanparmita worked on the facts and got the girls and boys of Chakma community to Nagpur. It was even tough for the children too to get gel with the new people and new culture. Daanparmita takes proper care towards providing family like environment to these children. All out efforts are made to empower and educate these children. Daanparmita looks after it that the society should accept them and they should accept the society for which various schemes are run by the NGO. No wonder that our society has the soft corner for the underprivileged group and we have the proofs for the same. Today with the initiative of Daanparmita Ten Chakma Girls are taking vocational training of nursing under the guidance of Padmashree Dr. Vikas Mahatme at his Mahatme Eye Hospital and Dr. Mahatme extended his whole hearted support for the same. Whereas, people from society came forward to take care of various requirements of these students. These students are now studying in the renowned schools and colleges of the city and getting them empowered for the future challenges.

Daanparmita works and supports the concept of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao and is putting all the efforts towards it. Once a girl is educated, she can take proper care of further things in life. If these girls get educated they will be able to support their families financially and morally. This will surely give the identity back to the community. Various experiments of Daanparmita proved that the common man has a power to move the mountains, it anyhow a matter of unity in society. It is all about how we all come together for our forgotten part of society. Initiative of Daanparmita will lead to unity and togetherness. Which will stop the exploitation of these people on the grounds of religion and casts. Chakma community is our part and we all are there to stand for them.

Balanced Acting, Hooked Up By Action Linked Improvisations - #BAHUBALI

Oh yes I am talking about, not me everyone is talking about BAHUBALI, a cinematic treat of director #SSRajamouli  A movie which is a true combination of balanced acting and actions. 

Why not then people will talk about it when the screen takes the viewer to entirely different world of fantasy which one cannot even imagine in dreams.

We always heard that be silent, let the work speak and success make the bang. #Bahubali is a perfect example for this.

It broke the records and created a History, I cannot understand much {How can I , it is a work of masters of the fraternity} what critic and all are.

#SSRajamouli make the nation and world go crazy about "Kattappa Ne Bahubali ko Kyu mara?"

Number of people and social workers even criticised this act of sharing the question over #whatsapp, #facebook and so on... But isn't it amazing that like a research methodology Kattappane bahubali ko Kyu mara ? {Why #kattappa killed Bahubali ?} became a problem statement for the answer of which entire Society turned up in to the movie halls world wide and conclude their curiosity about the Bahubali, the gigantic and masterpiece of creativity,imagination, Handwork, Dedication, Teamwork, Respect, Honor, action and fiction. {Sorry, but management students and research scholars can understand this problem statement thing..} we can say that for management students #SSRajamouli gave a perfect case study to learn from.

Now for the movie interpretation in management courses Bahubali can be a preferred case.

Not only in the scope of direction and creation point of view but from the movie and it's every character also. 

Anyways lets come on the point that whatever anybody says the movie is something more than the bock buster. Where I can quote that "Perfection is something which we cannot express in words", anyhow the one who moves out of the theatre comes with an awe.

Power packed action sequences keep an eye of a person intact on screen. every second of the movie is something which one cannot miss, not even the expressions on the faces of each character.
The movie talks about the respect and Love for Mother. How a son can do anything for his mother and the very first scene of the Bahubali's entry says it all. {End too...} whereas, at some point it also says about that the feelings of mother can also be poisoned with the provoking thoughts and hate can lead to disastrous end of relations too.

On the other hand comic scenes makes your mind light and prepares for the further actions and emotions of the movie.
How Love brings changes in the life of a person and his emotions too. It also clearly showed that a real man Loves a women who has spark in her. has passion to deal with her identity and the qualities that she has with the beauty.
How a man supports the respect and dignity of Love.
How a promise is Important.

While talking about the awesomeness of the movie, we cannot leave appreciating the music of the film. It takes you to the era and does not allow you to think anything else than the movie. so your wandering mind keeps on the place till the movie ends. {Actually the words itself has music, do observe once}
Bahuballi has so much in itself that it need not required to appear in any show for any promotion which made it different than others. Bahubali shows a blend of every emotion a human being has. It hardly matters what smallest mistakes or criticisers talk about.

At the end its a movie, a rejuvenation for the mind.Yes it is a milestone of movie making. But on the basis of this one cannot say anything to other directors and or actors.

Everyone is unique. #SSRajamouli did the fantastic work and every one who is a part of making of this film performed their tasks very well.

It is a must watch film for every movie lover. Kudos to the work and everyone related to the film. 

It is the line drawn by Mr. SSRajamouli, either this will be challenged by parallel line or longer but this cannot be rubbed in any case. No wonder from now if we see any scene or something like Bahubali on television as well. Let's get prepared for such stories also.

128 Days of Observation

Today , after exact 128 days I am somehow encouraged to scribble in the blog. 

Reasons are numerable. But the first and foremost reason is 128 Days of observation.

I am amazed by the concept of taking break. Few days before I mean approximately 145 days before somebody to whom I admire the most told me to take a break.

He told me that challenging yourself is one option but try to understand what you are and world need not require you it runs as it is after you as well , so just take a break and go to yourself.

It was not easy for me to understand that concept. But it worked. Yes it worked... Past 128 Days gave me something that I can Never imagine before.

I know it is going like so I , Me , Myself kind of a concept but I must share before sharing anything else what those 128 Days are mean to me.

We usually decide with the checklists for New Year Resolution and by the the 5th day of Jan we go back to our routines as it is.

I took a call of happiness and freedom. Happiness of being free and freedom of being something that not me.

It is said that one must take a break for self. What I wanted to observe was entirely different than what I actually experienced. 

So my target was 9th May marriage anniversary of my parents {for sure a reason of my existence..} for the experiment of 125 Days with additional 3 days to it. 

This what I came to know...Let's not enter into the details as everything has entirely different story to share...

But can share a few...

1. Very First thing, you are not slave of anybody but to your own thoughts. 

2. No one can stop you if you have decided to do something, whether it is good or bad it's up to you.

3. Nothing stops in your absence 

4. Every closing door has an option to open the other.

5. Your happiness lies with yourself .

6. Taking care of your happiness is your responsibility.

7. Dignity and respect for self is the most important aspect of happiness.

8. One must travel and explore as much as new places are possible. 

9. Reality of thing or place can be far different than the thought you may have before.

10. People get attached to you only if you have an ability to give.

11. Nothing is permanent but the impact lasts for long.

12. Very few relations are worth in life not every person can be considered for long lasting relationships. You have to identify which is important.

13. One must develop the eye for identification of real.

14. There is nothing awesome than peaceful and deep sleep. {One definition of Rest}

15. Health and peaceful mind is the real world.

16. Your empty bank account does not hurt you most than the balance with the constant encounters with insults and dominating behaviors.

17. Most of the time person in a normal cloths sometimes with patches teaches you most than the one dressed in Armani.

18. You need not require to judge anybody in this world, not even yourself.

19. Nothing can done good to you than what you for yourself.

20. Big faces cannot be real but the one who is real can be big. One day you come to know at some point those who are considered as a great who's life we feel,  like what superb it is are the most simple and down earth souls who teaches you the real meaning of greatness.

21. Be you , for that you need not require anything big.
