It is always wonderful when we talk about Women,
Women in Mythology, Women in History, Women in politics, and so… so… so Many topics about Women,
We Talk about women Empowerment, we talk about women's Reservations and whatnot?
But when I am saying women in Mythology,
So Basically I am talking about women in Management since the Era of Mythology
There is a Stotra अहिल्या द्रौपदी सीता तारा मंदोदरी तथा । पञ्चकं ना स्मरेन्नित्यं महापातकनाशनम् ।। ( This Stotra is about five women from Mythology)
These five ladies, these five Women are from Mythology. They Have Been through so much of turmoil in their life. So many things. Actually, when we talk about Ahilya, We talk about the wife of the sage Gautama, who is mentioned in the Hindu epic Ramayana. She is known for her loyalty and devotion to her husband and is considered one of the seven chaste women in Hindu mythology. The story of Ahilya and her husband is a great example of the power of faithfulness in marriage. According to the Ramayana, Ahilya was cursed by Gautama after she was seduced by Indra, the king of the gods. She was later freed from her curse by Lord Rama, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu... She got liberation from the touch of Ram’s feet
When we talk about Draupadi there are people who prank महाभारत का कारण रही है द्रौपदी ( Means Draupadi was the reason of war called Mahabharata)
When we talk about Sita,
Then again there is the prank there, so many thoughts which talk about how she was the reason behind the war
We talk about Mandodari being a wife of a villain was very tough for Mandodari, but she managed.
Tara - she was a wife of Sugriva had been with Bali and seen so, so, so many things in her life, but she Managed
Now, there are women in politics, and there are women in social service, we say that women - today’s women, फर्श से अर्श तक जा पाहूची है ( Means, From floor to sky )
But still, there is discrimination still there is a fight, still there is a management
When we talk about management there is a concept in Marathi or in Hindi, to our heart, we call मन (mana), and when you want to manage something you have to manage your mana.
So in the spelling of management, MANA we Keep it for मन, मन Management, and this MANA is Nothing, but your head, your brain, your thoughts, your soft thoughts, your emotional thoughts, and these thoughts impact you a lot
If you are ready to manage Mana then you can manage everything. Women is the best in this Mana Management
In your home, she is a manager. In offices, she is into management. She is managing the home as a cook, and a Financer of that home. We take again Pranks on her, She is the home minister, she has everything but still. She doesn’t have anything many, many, many, times
I am not talking about something great, we are empowered, and we are doing so many things, but she faces so many things
When we talk about Draupadi people take Pranks, and Mahabharata’s reason is Draupadi. Boss, if somebody just pulls the hair of your girlfriend and snaps her out what will your reaction be? What would her reaction be?
What if you’re Mother, your sister, or anybody who gives Agnipariksha [A trial by fire] Like Sita, Who got kidnapped, gave, gave, all, all Examinations, In today’s World we call it a Virginity test.
If She gave all examinations and passed, then why after that on just a call from Dhobi [Launderer], she is again sent for Vana (forest), what will your reaction be? What will her reaction be?
Why can’t she be just so strong and can give a strong statement? You have to stand beside her. She is, she is fair enough to stand up for herself but yes society needs that.
Woman is a Manager, we need that we call it again I can say, फर्शसेअर्शतक (From floor to sky)
But बीच के गॅप है Boss (But there is a gap between the journey from floor to sky) what are we doing?
There is a woman if we are saying women are empowered. So if she is in a higher position if she is a CEO, she is getting promoted for her work then there are people, there are people in society, I again say, there is a woman again who says, there is something boss ! कुछ तो गड़बड़ है(there’s something fishy for sure)
If she is at home, doing nothing but she is, she is just living her life then कुछ तो गड़बड़ है(means must be something fishy) if she is getting Married Early कुछ तो गड़बड़ है (Fishy)
But if she is not getting married, working for herself, focussing on her Education, कुछ तो गड़बड़ है(fishy)
If she is doing a love Marriage, in other religions, there is a problem, if she is Marrying a divorcee there is a problem. Every time the woman gets judged
We need to finalize the platform where we can discuss the snatching of these judgments.
We want women to stand for women, we want women to manage for a Women
There is a woman who pulls out the leg of a woman and that’s why we need this, we need to discuss about the empowerment of women.
It is not about reservation, it is not about booking a side seat in a bus, or a railway bogie.
It is about safety, and one needs to think (with their Mind).
Women are everything for herself but if she is treated well, they can be a wonderful, Wonderful blessing for each and every person surrounding
This is something that we need, this is something that we need to think about
In mythology, just give one look at that, there were people to stand for them, there was a husband to fight for the dignity of a wife
That’s why Ramayana was there, there was a fight for elegance, a fight for importance, it is not only about women, women, and women
Women are the best manager as she is managing emotions, Then why just Snatch her back let her manage, let her manage the area, let her manage the organization, let her manage the Institutes, and why only stick to home? Actually, if she is cooking, then the problem is, She is not Cooking then Problem! if she is doing household work then the problem, not doing then the problem! there is an insecurity in women for women, and there is a problem in women for women
We as women have to stop all this and manage our own emotions, and manage our insecurities and everything. Again my point is from mythology to till Date it is in the hands of women to think about their Empowerment, dignity, Style of living, and her life. Boss, life is yours. So, the take should also be yours, this is something that I want to leave on about, Think on it and if possible, we will discuss this, I am ready to discuss it!!
