Being 100% Me - Lessons Learnt from 2023

As we stand on the brink of a new year, it's time to reflect on the incredible journey that 2023 has been for me. Looking back, the transformation I've undergone is nothing short of phenomenal, proving that a single year can be a catalyst for profound personal growth.

A year ago, life was different, and so was I. The experiences, people, and lessons of the past 365 days have shaped me into a better version of myself. Embracing change has become a cornerstone of my evolution, and I'm grateful for the opportunities it presented.

One of the unexpected twists of the year involved a sudden change in the family system. I found myself stumped, a participant in the intricate dance of a blended family. It was an unforeseen turn of events that brought both challenges and lessons, forcing me to confront new dynamics and navigate uncharted territories.

During this family shift, another significant event unfolded—a flood. For the first time in my life, I experienced the devastating impact of nature's force. The flood not only tested the resilience of our surroundings but also offered a profound understanding of how people feel and face such calamities. Witnessing the challenges and hardships brought about by the flood added a layer of empathy to my journey, fostering a deeper connection with the broader spectrum of human experiences.

This unexpected encounter with a natural disaster further reinforced the notion that problems are not just roadblocks; they are opportunities for growth and self-discovery. Each challenge, whether personal or environmental, provided a chance to uncover new facets of myself and others, ultimately contributing to a richer understanding of life.

Navigating the shifting dynamics of a family and weathering the storm of a flood were experiences that transcended the ordinary. They became chapters in a story of resilience, empathy, and the unwavering commitment to authenticity.

One significant lesson from this year has been unraveling the real meaning of narcissism, and it extended its reach into the complexities of family dynamics. Understanding the nuances of human behavior has given me insights into the intricacies of relationships and a heightened awareness of the importance of discernment.

Amidst the challenges, I find solace in the unwavering authenticity that defines me. Remaining true to myself has been a source of strength, even when faced with the unexpected complexities of a family and the overwhelming force of a flood. I take pride in the fact that I have not succumbed to pretense or conformity, choosing instead to embrace my uniqueness with open arms.

"I am proud of myself for not being fake," I declare, recognizing that authenticity is a rare and powerful quality. It's an affirmation that, despite the twists and turns of life, I have remained steadfast in my commitment to being genuine. In a world that sometimes values conformity over authenticity, my authenticity shines as a beacon of self-discovery and resilience.

As the new year unfolds, I carry the lessons of 2023 with me keeping a reference of the lines “सौभाग्य सब दिन सोता है, देखें, आगे क्या होता है?” from  Ramdhari Singh 'Kavi Dinkar ji’s', रश्मिरथी. Each experience, whether joyous, challenging, or unexpected, has contributed to my growth. I cherish the wisdom gained and approach the future with optimism, knowing that my authenticity is my greatest strength. Here's to a new chapter, filled with continued self-discovery, empowerment, and the unwavering commitment to being the best version of myself—100% me.

Hislop Chronicles, where friendships never grow old - All about 24th Dec 2023

In the enchanted Corridors of Hislop College, time stood still as old friends reunited, each carrying a story that had weathered the winds of change. The air crackled with the anticipation of a reunion, a symphony of emotions waiting to unfold.

As we entered the familiar corridors, Manjusha, a living legend, glided through the crowd. Unchanged by the years, she was a timeless melody, a comforting rhythm that resonated through the echoing walls.

Nazim, the perpetual 'as usual' character, injected a dose of familiarity into the scene. His charm, like an old friend, greeted us with a warm embrace. It was as if the past had effortlessly melded with the present, and Nazim was the bridge that connected our yesterdays to today.

Amid laughter and shared tales, Ashish emerged with a physical transformation that couldn't be ignored. Once a slender figure navigating the college labyrinth, he had metamorphosed into a sturdy man. Yet, his dreams of conquering government exams remained a constant, a humorous twist in the unfolding drama of our reunion.

Sourabh, a character with a narrative arc worthy of a novel, entered the stage. From best friend to a brief stint as a boyfriend, societal norms had labeled our relationship. Then came the enmity, and now, on this day, a surprising reconciliation. Laughter filled the air as we exchanged playful banter, reminiscing about past affairs and the comical 'go banana' moments that defined our shared history.

Amidst these characters, the great Me, Mrunal, played the fool, a comedic protagonist in the grand theatre of life. Silly, self-reflective, grappling with life's challenges, and managing the juggle of too many things, Mrunal's antics added a touch of humor to the poignant narrative of our reunion.

Together, these characters became an ensemble cast, creating a symphony that reverberated with the essence of enduring friendships. Laughter echoed through the corridors, tears were wiped away, and unspoken sentiments formed the notes of a grand crescendo.

Hislop College itself, a silent witness to our tales, stood as a backdrop to the unfolding drama. The canteen, once vibrant with youthful conversations, and the classrooms, where intellects were shaped, whispered tales of the past. It was an ancient theatre where the drama of life continued to weave its intricate plot.

In the enchanting embrace of winter's magic, the reunion became a celebration of life's fluidity. The characters, once confined by the structures of college life, had evolved. Laughter danced through the corridors, breaking the silence that had settled since our last gathering. It was a night where time seemed to bend, and the years melted away in the warmth of shared stories and familiar faces.

Just thought to take it as a memory for a lifetime by saying :

In the Corridors of Hislop, friends gathered like old times,

Manjusha, is always the same, like sweet nursery rhymes.

Nazim, still charming, as usual, and bright,

Ashish, a bit bigger, still dreaming in the night.

Sourabh, once a close friend, then a bit apart,

Now laughing together, like a brand-new start.

And the great Me, Mrunal, silly and free,

Juggling life's puzzles with a big smile, you see.

In this reunion of laughter and cheer,

Hislop College, a quiet listener near.

Winter's magic, stories told and bold,

Hislop Chronicles, where friendships never grow old.

As the curtain fell on this reunion spectacle, the echoes of our shared history lingered. The symphony continued, and the music of Hislop Chronicles played on. The characters, the emotions, the drama—all blended seamlessly into a timeless saga of enduring friendships, echoing through the hallowed halls of Hislop College. The stage was set for another chapter in the grand theatre of life.

Airport Laughs: A Comedy in Transit (3 Am - 11 Pm)

Picture this 13th Dec 2023: a morning that started with me ninja-ing my way out of the house, leaving Siya wrapped in dreams. Now, you'd think it's a regular day, but oh no! This was destined to be a chapter straight out of a quirky novel – a connection of comedic dots. First, the shoe fiasco – couldn't find them in the dark. As if my shoes were playing hide-and-seek with me. Then, the search for my watch and diary turned into a full-blown detective saga. It was like my belongings were staging a rebellion, hiding in plain sight. Off I go to the airport, stepping into the lead role of a one-man comedy show. Siya, in her dreamy cocoon, probably dreaming of my epic quests – little did she know it was just me battling with everyday items.

Nagpur airport at 4 am felt like I stumbled into a quirky indie film set. Armed with my coffee, I played the solo version of "gossip session." Little did I know, this was just the prelude to the impending hilarity.Enter the families with kids on a sugar high, turning the place into a mini circus. And there, the genius travelers fashioning backpacks into makeshift pillows – a sitcom moment if there ever was one. Then, the plane touches down in Mumbai. Cue the chaos! People racing out as if the plane's about to sprout wings again. Me? I stay put, enjoying the spectacle. It's like a comedy ballet, and I've got the best seat in the house.

Off the plane, Mumbai airport transforms into a grand theater. Emotional reunions, sleepy faces, and the classic "where's my bag?" game. Each moment is like a scene in a comedy, and I'm just waiting for my cue to join in.But here's the kicker – the Mumbai stint is just the intermission. I know I'm coming back for the evening show. Because airports, my friend, are like a series of interconnected stories. Each incident, from the shoe hunt to the plane chaos, is a thread in this comedic tapestry.

As the Mumbai sun finally shines, I can't help but appreciate the hilarity in the madness. This isn't just a journey; it's a comedy of errors, a hilarious string of moments in the grand adventure of life. "The Comedy of Errors: An Airport Odyssey" – a chapter that proves life is funnier when you're open to laughing at its quirks, with a good cup of coffee in hand. And so, the curtain falls on our early morning escapade, a chapter filled with mishaps, chuckles, and the subtle art of surviving an airport circus.

As I prepare for the evening encore, there's a realization that going for a meeting should come with a warning label: "Proceed with a sense of humor."In the world of airport adventures, every family with hyperactive kids becomes a comic relief troupe, and every attempt to find a misplaced item is a plot twist in the grand story of life. It's as if the universe conspires to sprinkle a dash of hilarity in our daily affairs.

Now, let's talk about the symphony of ring tones. The co-passenger's Apple phone playing the same melody as your somehow present ( Kartik Borikar ) but long-lost life partner set the ringtone for his calls – it's like the universe saying, "Remember that person who set the same ringtone for calls of his on your phone? Well, here's a reminder right when you least expected it." A not-so-subtle nudge from the cosmos, just in case you were getting too comfortable in your airport comedy seat.

And then, just as I thought the airport comedy couldn't get any more entertaining, a burst of energy swept through the terminal. A group of school students, backpacks bigger than their aspirations, invaded the space. Suddenly, the airport transformed into a playground of youthful exuberance. Laughter echoed, mischief ensued, and the atmosphere shifted from the regular comedy of errors to a lively coming-of-age sitcom. Their excitement was infectious, a reminder that amidst the chaos and adulting struggles, there's an innocent joy in the simplest of adventures. As they prepared for what seemed like a class excursion, I couldn't help but smile at the unexpected plot twist these young adventurers brought to the narrative. The airport, once again, became a stage for both seasoned comedians and budding stars of the laughter show.

Amidst the uproarious escapades at the airport, fate decided to throw in an unexpected twist – a flight delay (evening return). Yes, the universe seemed to believe that our adventure wasn't complete without a touch of suspense and lingering exhaustion. As passengers exchanged glances of shared frustration, the terminal became a battleground of disgruntled sighs and muttered complaints. Yet, in the midst of the chaos, a peculiar camaraderie emerged. Strangers bonded over the shared experience of waiting, finding humor in the absurdity of it all. Exhaustion took on a new form – a collective weariness that turned into a unifying force. Who would have thought that delayed flights and airport skirmishes could become the unexpected stars of our comedy in transit? The laughter persisted, proving once again that even in the face of travel tribulations, a good joke can be the perfect travel companion.

As the day unfolded, turning into a saga of misplaced items, hyperactive kids, and unexpected flight delays, I couldn't help but marvel at the cosmic comedy playing out in the world of airport adventures. It's as if the universe decided to hand me a sitcom script, complete with quirky characters, misplaced props, and the occasional suspenseful plot twist. So here I am, ready for the evening encore, armed with coffee, memories of Apple ringtone nostalgia, and the resilience that comes from surviving the chaos of flight delays and airport brawls. As I navigate this ongoing comedy of errors, I can't help but wonder if somewhere, in the cosmic comedy club, there's an audience having a good laugh at the expense of this trip.

I spent almost 10 hours navigating this labyrinth of laughter. In the grand scheme of things, it's a mere chapter in the book of life, but oh, what a chapter it turned out to be. Cheers to the absurdity of it all, and may the next episode of "Life in the Laughter Lane" bring more chuckles and fewer lost diaries. So, here's to the laughter in the skies, the unexpected comedy of airport life, and the delightful reminder that even a meeting can be a source of amusement. As the saying goes, "If you can't laugh at yourself, call me – I'll laugh at you." Until next time, may your flights be entertaining, your coffee be strong, and your Apple ringtone be a source of bittersweet nostalgia. Cheers to the cosmic comedy!

Breaking Free: An unspoken Journey Through Toxic Relationships

"In the symphony of life, choosing to step away from toxic relationships is like composing your own melody of resilience. It's the intelligent harmony of prioritizing self-worth over suffering, allowing the chords of personal growth to resonate and emerge as a better, healthier you."

So let’s not enter into typical literature of anything. Whereas, let’s just think on it - In the intricate dance of human connections, there's a tale of someone facing the tough reality of a relationship gone sour. So, imagine a person going through a rough patch, where what was once a strong bond now feels like it's falling apart. And with time passes, the people close to them notice a change, seeing a stark difference between the person they used to be and the one emerging from the shadows of this troubled relationship.

OMG, what’s that then?!!

You know what, what I observed some may have faced too at some point, But here I am discussing a Hero (just thought to call the character a Hero, as it is not less than that when it comes to fighting, acting and facing real life situations) Despite trying hard to fix things, our hero finds the attempts to communicate and seek understanding met with stubborn resistance. It's like trying to explain a painting to someone who refuses to see the colors. The people around them don't get it – they think our hero has some kind of mental issue and is seeing things wrong. Yes it’s weird but true!!

As time goes on, the toll on our hero's mental health becomes more and more obvious. The struggle is real, with battles fought and pleas for understanding falling on deaf ears. You know something, It’s actually a tough spot to be in when the people you're close to can't see what you're going through and label you as the one with problems. (Even a life partner I have will be doing the same, Isn't it Kartik Borikar ?)

When it becomes clear that sticking around is hurting more than helping, our hero faces a crucial decision. They decide to step away from the toxic mess, realizing that staying would only make things worse. This decision isn't made lightly – it takes a lot of courage and strength to choose your own well-being over a troubled relationship.

And now, after taking that step, our hero leans on friends, family, and professionals to find support and start the healing process. It's like getting a cast for a broken bone; sometimes, you need a little help to mend. The journey teaches us that looking out for your own mental health isn't selfish – it's necessary.

Just from This story wanted to put a reminder that recognizing a toxic relationship and choosing to step away is a powerful move. It's like hitting the reset button to come out on the other side, not weaker, but wiser and stronger. In the end, it shows that sometimes the smartest choice is to save yourself from the harmful effects of toxicity and emerge as a better, healthier you. It's akin to prioritizing your mental and emotional well-being, understanding that enduring toxicity can have long-lasting negative effects. By stepping away, individuals create an opportunity for personal growth, healing, and the chance to build a healthier, more positive future for themselves. It's a demonstration of resilience and self-awareness, showcasing the strength it takes to make choices that contribute to one's overall well-being and happiness.

Think on it and Do stand for it , Look around , give ear and heart, this is a must needed thing now. !!

Finding Nostalgia in Misinterpretation

Life is full of unexpected twists and turns, and sometimes, it's the small mistakes and misunderstandings that bring the most joy. Have you ever found happiness in being wrong? It might sound counterintuitive, but often, those moments of realization and correction can evoke a sense of nostalgia and contentment. The story of misinterpreting a simple phrase, like "Soup macaroni, follow me," highlights how our misunderstandings can become cherished memories, once we've been set straight.

For many of us, there are phrases or lines from songs, movies, or books that we've misheard for years without realizing it. In this case, "Soup macaroni, follow me," is a prime example of such a misunderstanding. It's a jumble of seemingly unrelated words and phrases, strung together in a way that made sense only to the person who created it. The beauty of misinterpretations like this is that they often lead to laughter and camaraderie among friends and family, as they collectively ponder the true meaning behind the phrase.

One day, after years of repeating the nonsensical phrase, the truth was revealed: it was actually "Soup macaroni, follow me, and a chips, and a chops, and a sauce, potato chip chip chip, and a sauce potato chip chip chip......cheese roll, mutton roll, chicken roll, YUMMMM!!!" The corrected version still sounded a bit whimsical, but at least it made a tad more sense. However, the joy of realizing the original mistake lay in the fact that the nonsensical version had become a cherished part of one's life.

Once the correction had been made, the initial reaction was a mixture of amusement and chagrin. "How had I not known this all along?" But as time passed, the corrected version became the official one, and the misinterpretation became a humorous anecdote to share with friends and family. The phrase, once a source of amusement, now evoked a sense of nostalgia, bringing back memories of simpler times when life's intricacies were yet to be fully understood.

The story of the "Soup macaroni" misinterpretation serves as a reminder that sometimes, being wrong can bring happiness. It's in the laughter, the camaraderie, and the shared memories that we find the true value of these misunderstandings. They become part of our personal narratives, defining moments in our lives that we look back on with fondness and a smile.

In a world where we often strive for perfection and correctness, it's essential to remember that there can be beauty in being wrong. The tale of the "Soup macaroni" misinterpretation reminds us that the journey to understanding and the humorous detours along the way are as valuable as the destination itself. When we're corrected, we may feel a twinge of embarrassment, but over time, we come to treasure the laughter and nostalgia that such moments bring. So, embrace the joy of being wrong, for it is in these moments that life's most heartwarming memories are often found.

"Oh My God 2: A Heartfelt Reflection on Responsible Parenting and Ancient Indian Wisdom"

15th August is a day when you feel that yes you too have a #responsibility towards Nation to play. Then for some time we feel that and then move out for further plans. So what did we do yearday? Siya woke and we showed her some Patriotc clips and songs and then she got ready for her #playschool and her’s first Independence Day in-school celebrations. As we dropped her in School we planned to go for a Movie #OMG 2. And I can say that, I had the pleasure of watching "Oh My God 2", it left an indelible mark on my perspective. Not to write a review on it but cannot stop mentioning the much-needed thing that we miss in the era of Being Modern. The movie offers a compelling exploration of our responsibility as parents to ensure our children receive a well-rounded education, #preventing them from succumbing to misconceptions and hidden truths that can lead them astray.

Drawing #inspiration from the wisdom of ancient India, the film eloquently underscores the significance of #education that extends beyond #academics. It emphasizes the need to instill moral values in the concept that laymen call #vulgar and shape responsible #citizens, mirroring the enduring teachings that have guided generations. This thematic emphasis on holistic education is a poignant tribute to India's cultural heritage and its timeless insights.

Pankaj Tripathi ji's performance in "Oh My God 2" (#OMG2) once again cements his status as an exceptional actor. His portrayal adds depth and authenticity to the narrative, making his presence on screen a true delight. However, it's disappointing that #Akshay Kumar sir's role was not as sizable as one might have hoped. While his scenes carry an impact, I personally felt a more prominent presence like OMG 1 could have further enriched the storyline.

When I am mentioning OMG 1 then surely I am talking about a notable absence is Paresh Rawal ji, whose performance in the first "Oh My God" film left an indelible mark. Rawal's absence is palpable, as his contribution to the original film was a significant factor in its lasting impact. While the sequel offers its own merits, the absence of Rawal is a reminder of the unique charisma he brought to the previous narrative.

As the credits rolled, I found myself reflecting on the movie's core message: the vital role parents play in shaping their children's understanding of the world. The film urges us to be proactive in addressing our children's questions and concerns, fostering an environment of open communication that prevents them from going haywire due to a lack of knowledge.

Honestly in my opinion, "Oh My God 2" is a thought-provoking cinematic experience that #underscores the importance of responsible parenting, a citizen, and education. While #Pankaj Tripathi's performance shines brightly and the film's emphasis on ancient Indian concepts is commendable, the limited presence of Akshay Kumar and the absence of Paresh Rawal leave room for a more impactful narrative. Nevertheless, the film leaves us with a resounding message: that as parents and educators, it is our duty to guide our children toward becoming informed, responsible, and compassionate citizens. The impact of the original "OMG" may never fade, but this sequel continues to stimulate important conversations about our role in shaping the next generation.

I will surely recommend all to please go to the Movie. and share your thoughts, what you feel or want, A informed citizen or a confused, depressed, and sad chap.

"Harmonies of Healing: The Transformative Power of Divine Melodies"

For generations, music has been acknowledged for its therapeutic benefits, extending its influence beyond the mind to impact the body and soul. Scientific studies have revealed that music has the power to stimulate different brain regions related to emotions, memory, and creativity. When I listen to music and immerse myself in the enchanting world of swaras, (especially Devaki Tai's music), I find profound solace. It's like a journey that takes me away from all the blocks and obstacles in life. Her melodies have a unique power to touch my soul and transport me to a place of inner peace and tranquillity.

I am amazed by the concept that how in the harmonious arrangement of swaras, I discover a language that speaks to my emotions, transcending words and limitations (Maybe it happens with every music lover). But when I am in need of mental and emotional strength I prefer listening to Devaki Tai's soulful voice, Especially Abhangas and Devotional ones. Devaki Pandit in her renditions weaves a tapestry of emotions, somehow guiding me through a range of feelings, from joy to contemplation and from sorrow to hope. This way the music becomes a comforting companion, helping me process my thoughts and feelings in ways that words alone cannot express.

Actually through her music, somehow I embark on an emotional voyage, confronting the challenges and complexities of life. It's as if the melodies gently unravel the knots within me, creating a space for healing and growth. In those moments of musical immersion, the weight of the world seems to lift, and I feel lighter, free from the burdens that weigh me down.

If you see, Devaki Pandit Tai's music holds a universal appeal that transcends cultural boundaries; I am not special that way (But then also). Music anyhow unites people from various walks of life, fostering a sense of togetherness and understanding. As the music plays, we are reminded of the therapeutic power of this art form. Neurological studies have shown that music can activate regions of the brain associated with emotions and memory, reaffirming the profound impact it has on our well-being.

So, when life becomes overwhelming and filled with blocks, I prefer to turn to the melodies of my all favorites and mostly Devaki Pandit Tai to guide me back to a place of serenity and clarity. It is in those moments of musical immersion that I find strength, resilience, and the motivation to overcome life's obstacles.

What to say more, the music we immerse into is not just a collection of beautiful notes, but a gateway to an inner realm of emotions and healing. It is a source of solace, a companion on the journey of life, and a reminder of the beauty and power of music to transform our souls. Through these melodies, we actually come back from all the blocs, rejuvenated and ready to embrace life's challenges with renewed energy and hope. Try it, it is just Awesome !!

Embracing Life's Curveballs: Nurturing Resilience and Overcoming Adversity

Life has a way of throwing curveballs when we least expect them. Sometimes, it feels like everything is going in reverse, and the overwhelming weight of setbacks and challenges can leave us feeling frustrated and helpless. We usually get advice that by embracing these challenges and nurturing our ability to manage our emotions and thoughts, we can develop resilience and find the strength to overcome adversity.

So, to be very clear, I am not an exception to such things too. I know things may feel overwhelming right now, and it seems like everything is going in reverse. Naturally, I feel frustrated and helpless when things don't go as planned. However, in these moments of distress, I felt it was essential to remind myself that setbacks and challenges are part of life's journey. (Trying to sound like a Matured one)

At this time of distress, emotions are running high, clouding my judgments and somehow decision-making abilities too. To be very honest trying to acknowledge and accept all these emotions without judgment. It's natural to feel frustrated, disappointed, or even angry when things don't go as planned (Isn’t it?). This all reminded me of only one thing, the one piece of advice I received years before from someone I really admired a lot, “Give yourself permission to experience these emotions, understand that they are valid responses to challenging situations. Embrace self-compassion as a powerful tool to cultivate resilience and bounce back from adversity. Be gentle with yourself and practice self-care during challenging times.”

I was very impressed with the thought that when faced with setbacks, it's crucial to view them as opportunities for growth and self-improvement. Shifting our perspective and embracing the belief that challenges are stepping stones toward success rather than roadblocks, is something unbelievable but when practiced, works great. Honestly reframing your mindset is the toughest task of the universe. Whereas, you can unlock hidden potentials and discover innovative solutions if you are able to work on it.

When experienced, can say “Life's journey is filled with ups and downs, Setbacks and challenges are inevitable, but they should never define us”.  I learned this lesson that Hey Mrunal, Remember that setbacks are not permanent; they are temporary detours on the path to life that dreamt of. If possible embrace them as opportunities for growth, and with time and effort, you will find the strength and wisdom to overcome any obstacle that comes your way. It is all about giving time to yourself. It applies to professional and personal both lives that we live together. Giving some time allow us to come up with the better idea for self. Life is ours, and we must think about it Always. !!

The Bittersweet Revelation of Aging: When Our Inner Vision Shines Bright

In the gentle twilight of life, there exists a heart-breaking truth, whispered by an unknown sage: "Funny thing about getting older, your eyesight starts getting weaker, but your ability to see through people gets much better." This thought-provoking quote encapsulates the emotional journey of aging, where physical limitations emerge hand in hand with a newfound clarity of perception. I just thought to embark on a heartfelt exploration of the quote's essence with the different experiences I have gone through. It is all about delving into the tender beauty of aging, which unveils an extraordinary ability to truly see others.

Life's path inevitably leads us to a stage where our eyesight wanes (I too have specs now), as the world around us loses its once-sharp focus. The letters blur on pages, and the lines on faces blur too. Yet, in this delicate dance of fading vision, our capacity to penetrate the depths of human nature flourishes. It is as if the universe, in its infinite wisdom, balances our visual decline with an invitation to gaze deeper into the souls of others.

Let’s make it Simple! Each passing year adds new threads to the tapestry of our existence, weaving a vibrant mosaic of experiences. In this rich tapestry, we learn to decipher the subtle language of expressions, the silent cues of body language, and the melodies concealed within the tones of voices. A symphony of empathy and understanding plays within us, allowing us to perceive the nuances, the unspoken truths, and the profound essence that resides within every individual.

As time etches its marks upon our faces, it carves wisdom into the recesses of our hearts and minds. The countless moments of joy, heartache, triumph, and loss mold us into vessels of profound insight. We become seers, intuitively attuned to the authentic vibrations that ripple through the sea of humanity (Haha bit insightful but worth going through the details, keep reading). Our discerning eyes become beacons of truth, penetrating the facades and masks, unraveling the multifaceted layers of human existence. So in spite of making things complicated, a small point is what we have, Empathy, isn’t it?

Empathy, like a luminous flame, is stoked by the passage of time. It flickers within us, casting a warm glow upon the paths of others. Having tasted life's kaleidoscope of emotions, we recognize the hues and shades especially that color the human experience. This heightened emotional intelligence enables us to grasp the unspoken sorrows, hidden joys, and secret dreams that lie within the hearts of those we encounter. Through this alchemy of emotions, we forge bonds that transcend superficiality, fostering profound connections etched with love and understanding.

Going into much detail actually, but it is that deep. As the quote gently whispers, the journey of aging bestows upon us the remarkable ability to see beyond the masks. Our youthful worries fade, revealing a longing to seek truth, authenticity, and genuine connections. We shed the weight of societal expectations while we focus on embracing our inner compass to guide us towards those who cherish our souls, and who reflect our true selves in their eyes. Actually with newfound clarity, we separate the genuine from the temporary and look into embracing relationships that nourish our spirits and honor our growth.

With age surely physical problems occur, but while our eyes may strain to read the fine print, our hearts open wide to embrace the symphony of life (I guess many of us experienced this, just I am writing it in sugar-quoted lines). Coming back to the point, in the twilight years, we witness the magnificence of existence, the intricate dance of souls, and the profound interconnectedness that binds us all. Actually, we miss celebrating the tender beauty of aging, cherishing the precious gift of heightened perception, and using it to navigate the web of relationships with compassion, grace, and an enduring love for humanity. (Maybe yes and May be not too, Depends on every individual)

But to summarise all this in short, in the hushed moments of life's later chapters, a paradox emerges—a fading vision accompanied by an illuminated insight into the depths of human existence. As the world around us blurs, our hearts become more attuned to the truths that lie within. Why not then experience the flavor of the emotional riches bestowed upon us by the passing of time, celebrating the precious ability to truly see others. In this dance of aging, why not embrace the bittersweet revelation that our inner vision shines brighter than ever, guiding us toward a deeper understanding of ourselves and the souls we encounter on our cherished journey. Simply believe in what you feel and live for yourself. Stop focusing on the choices of others and feelings what they feel or say. Just trust that whatever you are able to see, no one is, and don’t waste your time convincing others, that you are right and they are not believing it. Just go ahead and Enjoy!!

Have you Felt it Before ?

Greek philosopher, Aristotle said anybody can become angry that is easy, but to be angry with the right person and to the right degree, at the right time and for the right purpose, and in the right way is not within everybody’s power and is not easy

Aristotle, the renowned Greek philosopher, once expressed a profound insight regarding anger. He contended that anger, being a common emotion, comes effortlessly to all individuals. However, he believed that the true challenge lies not in feeling anger but in harnessing it wisely and appropriately.

According to Aristotle, it is not sufficient to let anger consume us without discernment. Instead, he argued that we must direct our anger towards the right person and in the right measure. By this, he meant that anger should be reserved for those who truly deserve it, such as those who have committed injustices. Moreover, the intensity of our anger should be proportionate to the offense committed, neither excessive nor insufficient.

In Aristotle's view, the timing of anger is crucial as well. We ought to express our anger neither too hastily nor belatedly, but rather at the opportune moment. Furthermore, he emphasized that the purpose behind our anger should be just and virtuous, driven by a desire to rectify wrongdoing and uphold justice.

Importantly, Aristotle emphasized that the manner in which we express our anger is equally significant. Rather than succumbing to impulsive and destructive behavior, he advocated for a rational and controlled approach. This required cultivating virtues such as temperance, self-control, and prudence, as anger could only be wielded properly when guided by reason.

Aristotle's contemplation on anger extends beyond mere intellectual discourse. It evokes a deeper understanding of our emotional lives and calls upon us to navigate the complexities of anger with wisdom and virtue. The impermanence of life

The impermanence of life is a fundamental truth that we must all come to terms with. The Mahabharata, one of the most epic tales in human history, teaches us this lesson in a profound and emotional way. The story is filled with love, tragedy, sacrifice, and ultimately, the impermanence of everything we hold dear.

As we follow the journey of the Pandavas and the Kauravas, we witness the futility of the pursuit of wealth and power. We see how the desire for these worldly possessions leads to conflict, betrayal, and ultimately, death. The Mahabharata reminds us that these things are temporary and fleeting, and that they cannot bring us true happiness or fulfillment.

Instead, we are encouraged to focus on the things that truly matter in life. Love, family, and spiritual growth are the things that endure, even after we are gone. These are the things that give our lives meaning and purpose, and that help us to navigate the challenges and hardships of life.

The Mahabharata also teaches us the importance of letting go. Just as everything in life is impermanent, so too must we learn to let go of the things that no longer serve us. This can be a painful process, as we are often attached to our possessions, our relationships, and our identities. But by letting go, we make space for new experiences and opportunities to come into our lives.

At the same time, we are reminded that impermanence is not a cause for despair. Rather, it is an invitation to live fully in the present moment, to appreciate the beauty and wonder of life, and to cherish the relationships and experiences that we have.

The Mahabharata is a timeless masterpiece that speaks to the deepest truths of the human experience. It reminds us that life is precious and fleeting, and that we must make the most of every moment. It encourages us to focus on the things that truly matter, and to let go of the things that hold us back. And it inspires us to live with courage, compassion, and wisdom, knowing that ultimately, everything we do will be impermanent, but that the love and connection we create in this lifetime will endure forever.

The importance of self-control

The Mahabharata is a timeless epic that teaches us many lessons about life, love, and the pursuit of greatness. One of the most important lessons it imparts is the value of self-control, as seen in the character of Arjuna, a warrior prince who must learn to master his emotions and impulses if he is to fulfill his destiny.

Arjuna's journey is one of both physical and emotional struggle. As a warrior, he is called upon to fight many battles and face countless enemies, but his greatest challenge lies within himself. He is plagued by doubts and fears, and must learn to control his emotions if he is to succeed in his mission.

Through his trials, we see the immense emotional toll that lack of self-control can take on a person. Arjuna's fear and uncertainty threaten to consume him, and his inability to rein in his emotions nearly leads to his downfall. But as he learns to master himself, he becomes a true warrior, capable of great feats of strength and bravery.

The importance of self-control is a lesson that resonates with us all, as we navigate the challenges of our own lives. We all face moments of doubt and fear, and it is only by mastering our emotions that we can overcome these obstacles and achieve our goals. It is a lesson that speaks to the power of the human spirit, and the importance of perseverance and self-discipline.

But self-control is not just about mastering our emotions in times of crisis. It is also about cultivating a sense of inner calm and balance, even in the face of daily stresses and distractions. It is about learning to prioritize our goals and focus our energies on what truly matters, rather than getting lost in the chaos of our own minds.

As we reflect on the lessons of the Mahabharata, we are reminded of the importance of self-awareness and self-discipline. We see that true strength lies not in a lack of emotion, but in the ability to channel our emotions in a positive direction. We recognize the importance of cultivating a sense of inner calm and balance, and the role that self-control plays in achieving this goal.

In today's fast-paced world, where distractions and temptations are everywhere, the importance of self-control is more relevant than ever. It is a reminder that true greatness lies not in fleeting moments of success, but in the ability to maintain a sense of balance and purpose over the long haul. It is a call to action, urging us to take control of our lives and cultivate the emotional discipline that is necessary for true success.

In conclusion, the Mahabharata teaches us a valuable lesson about the importance of self-control, as seen in the character of Arjuna. Through his struggles, we see the emotional toll that lack of self-control can take, but also the power of self-discipline and perseverance.
